Advanced Educational Series: Diagnostic Stewardship/UTI Evaluation
May 14 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
The 2019 Advanced Educational Series in Navigating Infection Control and Antibiotic Stewardship in Long-Term Care is a continuation of the 9-month series hosted by the New England QIN-QIO in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH). The program will run monthly from January through June of 2019 in the form of three webinars and supplemental “Ask the Experts” conference calls in April and June.
The program will provide long-term care facilities with advanced content focusing on antimicrobial stewardship, implementing contact precautions, CDI treatment, management and reporting, diagnostic stewardship and UTI evaluation. Participation in the advanced series also provides an opportunity to learn directly from experts in the field.
By registering for this program, your facility is committing to a six-month program, through active participation in these monthly webinars and calls (exact date of calls to be determined).
The initial (2018) series is a prerequisite for attending this advanced series.
